I spoke to a customer service rep at the 1-800 # who said that they don't track the car past "Production is complete. Your vehicle is waiting to be released to the carrier." He said I will just keep getting that message. We were told to call the dealer for more details. Hopefully someone will call today!

Found out today mine went into production on 7 Feb. Now I just need to haggle with the dealer over the trade-in and the rear sunshades. When I ordered my E70, the rear climate package included the sunshades.

I think X5Boston meant that he wanted to be compensated for the lack of sunshades. I don't think that's an unreasonable request! I would expect them to give you some form of credit.
