Are you saying they're incapable of servicing the car they sold you? I'd say find a new dealer to work with. That's nonsense.

Ouch. I guess you'll just have to hope for the best then and do as much research as you can on forums like these and wherever else. I'm sure they'll figure things out, they're still a BMW dealership, so they should have access to those answers. Seems odd that they can't get in a database and get some support from other dealerships or the manufacturer themselves.

i just found out why it changes the car sound.... when you put the gear on (N) and revive it the car will growl... and when in (p) the car will sound like a lexus............................................. .................................................. ....... try it ... and tell me if its the same with you ...
