Looking at the SAVV website I do not see a Comforts seat head rest fitted with a screen. The invision looks great, shame about the comfort seats headrest.
I fear that the only way to keep the fully functioning comfort seats headrests is going to be a highly customized job which would be way too costly to justify...
This place in London is supposed to be teh best, they have one picture on their website but that screen looks small...For a nice set up they charge £3500...Just for 2 screens and DVD changer. The alternative is the BMW Advanced system but it doesn't look great and seems bulky.

Hey asskicka,

Just to let you know this thread is almost over 2 years old and the INViSiON DVD system is now actually the BMW Factory OEM product. SO INViSiON is the supplier for BMW at the current time for the E70. Just wanted to let you know!

Cheers,

Stay frosty and visit your local BMW Dealer to see more of what we offer BMW in the way of mobile video!

I have this one (see below) -- this is for cars made up to 10/07. It comes with a remote control and 2 wireless headsets. Video quality is ok. Audio through the wireless (radio frequency probably) is not good -- a low buzzing sound present. If the volume gets turned up even higher, the buzzing gets even louder. The location is high enough you don't have to worry about getting kicked by kids. HOWEVER - becasue i have comfort seats, if I angle the seat back top portion more upright, imagine the screen would move upward. There is a "tilt" feature where you can tilt the screeen down -- but not enough in my opinion. Also if the driver seat moves upward (short driver) the screen moves higher with the seat. Though it's dual screen but only one player -- kinda defeats the purpose if you want to play 2 different movies. Lastly, I thought it's not good for kids at such young age to starting using head phones? Honestly, the best system I have seem are actaully those portable ones that hang off the headrest with strapps like in my sisters car. the height of the screen is adjustable when you adjust the strap. The drawback obviously is that it's not a clean look. Bottom line is your kid will watch any device as long as it grabs their attention. But what do you want?

I posted this question in another thread as well....

Are there any systems out there that play DIVX and Blu-Ray?

The OEM BMW system plays Divx, Mpeg-4, as well as avi files out of the USB port. This is the same factory OEM BMW Dual DVD System now available at every BMW dealer in the US.

AN automotive grade Blu-ray player is not yet in existence. SO you will have to wait until this becomes common place as you may already know that 7" monitors aren't the prime size to fully enjoy true HD quality picture.

Acedeucy,
Are you able to post pics of the E70 offerings your company has.
The Invision Website still seems to have pictures of oler X5's.
If this is not correct can you point me to the correct Invision Website Page

Thanks
