Very nice feature. Perhaps should be free, but if you are going to buy a $70k car for the featuers, why skimp on one that is actually handy?

What options did you choose? Prioritize your options. In my opinion HUD is more useful if you don't already have it. And if you still want to spend money, go for it.

I chose Space Grey/ Black nevada/ dark burl wood
Sat radio, IPOD, Heated seats, Active Vent Seats, Premium, Sport, Tech PKG's, 20'' wheels, Heads up display, Comfort access, Premium Sound. It keeps getting delayed however, its been pushed back to week 35....Im starting to get impatient, might end up just buying something else from another dealership if it doesn't get here soon. |
I would get it, simply because if you're paying this much for a vehicle, you ought to get it. Clearly, the start/stop button was designed FOR CA, so you might as well get it. Otherwise you have to deal with the Bavarian Two-Step.
It's pricey, yes. But IMO BMW has never been about value. They already give you dual-zone automatic climate, xenons, dual power seats, metallic paint, and automatic transmission for free as standard equipment. If I had my way, I'd charge extra for those too! :nanana: |
Not only yes.. but HECK YES..

Is auto tailgate included in the MY2008 comfort access package?
Does comfort access also come with soft close doors? |

ABSOLUTELY. While I agree that it should be standard, I also think that it is worth the price tag. Having CA has saved us from SO much hassle. If you saw the size of the purse that the keys live in, you'd surely understand!
