I tested mine, curious if my having the keys at the drivers door would allow someone at the front passengers door to open the lock/door before I did so....it didn't.
Of course, with the keys on your person, you may open any door in any order, including the rear hatch.
What I have noticed is that if you use comfort access to open the front passessnger door first, it will open the drivers door at the same time...or so it seemed to me.

Quite trick, me thinks.....

Excellent info on the CA.
The way I park at home.....I usually hop over the passenger side to get out and to get in, I always get in through the passenger side and scoot over to the drivers seat.

actually thats a menu option in idrive. You can tell it to only open the door you touch or all doors.

You will not miss what you never had.

Be sure to order it next time.

We might suck.... but we do not have to plug the remote in the dash when we start our car.
