-> I'm sure this isn't the case...every vehicle has a manifest which is printed on the window sticker "Ship To: ...Sold To:...." I would have remarked, if you can't ship a vehicle properly, how do you build them properly?

As I said, I was trying not to give her a hard time :) I'll leave any :fencing:for when I really need it.

Anyway, I have now received a message from her that the truck will be ready for pick up on Wednesday 14th -- which is concidentally my birthday :dancing: :cheer::dancing:

The on-line status typically is wrong, but wrong in that it isn't updated often enough and it typically is out of date. I have never heard of a case where the online status was "ahead" of real-Life status, e.g., online might say it's still in production when in real-Life it is sitting at the dealer, but not that it is sitting at the dealer while in Real-Life it is still in production.

Sure. Gave you mine before :) $1,800 at the dealer (part, paint, install). Dealer claimed that was at cost...

I agree that the online status is typically out of date. With this dealership that I'm working with, the cars arrive arrive at their prep center which is in another town. That's why I had to bug the CA; the workers at their prep center had not put it into their system yet...
