We took delivery of our new X5
 

Well, she finally arrived and we took delivery Tuesday afternoon. The Mrs. and the kids are very happy as the car turned out to look stunning. In the flesh she looks much better than on pictures. I know, taste is something very personal but the car came out just how we wanted it to be. Looks are very sporty, aggressive but not too much and the overall package doesn’t look like it is “overdone”.

The wider fenders match perfectly with the 22 inch wheels (good job Mr. Dealer) and the matt black goes very well with the Alpine White. The interior is very well finished and the quality of the Napa leather is very good. The aluminum trim looks really nice and all the hooters and bells work perfectly.

The sound of the V8 is very nice especially at start up. I’ll post some pictures together with her sister (the M6) when the weather is nicer. Attached are some pictures taken during delivery.

like the car, but do not like the wheels. Too black, you can hardly see any detail in the wheel.

Congrats Man, I love how it looks, I would love to see some better pics of the wheels. I think those pics just made my mind up, I'm 98% sure I'm getting A.White(I wish it was Metallic though) 2% Black Saph.

any specific reason why you dit not opt for adaptive drive? With such wheels I think the ride must be pretty harsh not ?
