I guess that darkus, as a new poster on this forum, wanted to get himself noticed.

I know I shouldn't worry about it but its' in the back of my mind as I get closer to placing my order.

PUZZ, I get you, but as Tom Cruise so aptly remarked in "Risky Business": Sometimes, you just have to say "what the fu^%".
Who cares if your colleagues/clients can't appreciate a sweet looking ride.
I work in a pretty "stodgy" industry, and most of my colleagues drive Camrys and Civics, even though they can afford much nicer looking cars. But that doesn't mean I have to be "one of them"

Anyway, could be worse, you could show up in a Lamborghini Murcielago. Now that would give them cardiac arrest...:thud: :thud: :thud:

After some miles on my 214s with Toyo non-RFTs (coming from Michelin 19 RFTs), the ride is noticeably softer. Going over bumps (normal and sport mode) feels like a normal car again rather than a big THUMP I both heard and felt. I can't say for sure it's more agile but the wider footprint does make it a slightly heavier at street-corner turns - slightly. Road noise to me is non-existant right now, just like it was with the RFTs. All in all going away from RFTs is well worth the softer ride in my opinion.

yeah my 214's look terrible...

i see what you mean about your clients seeing your car but do what i do ...dont take the x5 at all.... i have a daily drive for work and the x5 for evenings and weekends

20s make it unique from the stock 18s or 19s. unique, not aggressive
