For all those who have asked, the dealer is Berry Chiswick & Berry Heathrow. They used to be HR Owen and the employees were former HR Owen employees. When I placed the order the sale to Berry was in progress. As for BMW GB, they helped to get me in touch with the dealer Principle in order to resolve the problem; however, beyond that they have done absolutely nothing. I have not given up my battle and will not rest until there has been a consequence for their deplorable actions.
