Has anyone replaced their Xenon bulbs?

I'm changing my bulbs to a different output, and was wondering if anyone has done the same. If so, what output are you at now? And what kind of tool do I need to remove the screws holding the headlights in tact?

Do you mean you want to change your HID bulb to a different temp ?

I did 6000k, looks much better, no noticable loss of output. Basic tools to do the switch.

Care to elaborate or provide the link for the install?

Most of your interior bulbs will swap out with a flat head screw driver. This is what we use for our Interior Xenon Bulb kits and it's a straight forward swap.

So you're saying a cave man could do it? LOL

Hehe definitely.

Make sure you know what you are doing!
Read this article: http://www.intellexual.net/hid.html#miscon and you will understand much more what the different HID colour temperatures means.
Higher is not better, it is actually less light than the 4300K light that is standard in BMW!

Another recource regarding HID: http://www.danielsternlighting.com/t...dvantages.html

Really about perception correct?
If it looks brighter it may not be
but it looks like it is.

I wasn't talking about the interior bulbs, but the headlights. Anyone have any suggestions?
