Hardwiring a V1...
I have searched around here a bit and couldn't seem to find the switched 12V power in the overhead pannel. (by the sunroof controls)....I will double check obviously with a voltmeter, but does anybody know the color of the wire? I have an e70 3.0si
can anybody help me out? Thanks... |

I think it was a green/white wire on the second set of plugs

I just hardwired my v1, everything works perfectly. It is the green and white wire on the second set of plugs....I will have pictures either later today or tomorrow....my second mod yeauh!!! (first mod were tints)

haha funny you said that....it took me an extra like half hour of playing around with the tap to figure out that its not the right one....so yea I got that maroon one from radioshack and no problems....I also wrapped up all the wires in felt so they woudln't rattle... works great!
