Did you check your tire pressure? I think the vibrating passenger seat is pretty common. Most cars I have driven had this happen.

I hope you are not referring to me, Mr. Deutsch100. "Whining" is when you constantly complain without end.

To the OP, every vehicle is going to have some annoyances. The best solution is to just roll with it and find a solution. I suggest you try moving the seat positions and/or check to see if it is a tire wear problem, as other people have mentioned.

Maybe BMW accidentally installed the "Active Seat" on both driver and passenger seats

Yeah, but I definitely didn't tick the box on the options list for the 'Onboard Rear Passenger Shower'. :bustingup

I need to spend more time in the E70 forum because I have no idea who you're talking about   I hate when that happens.

As I recall the rear shower is a no cost option

I was referring to the following thread awhile back when I basically told Deutsch100 to stop complaining all the time and to just sell his vehicle if he was not happy with his purchase.
I guess somebody else said to do the exact same thing. I do not know who that was either. :dunno:

I have the same problem. Not only the front, but also the second row. They vibrate and make noise. And yes, they do so while going > 50 kph on uneven roads.
