Do you know if the dealer had to cut off the original tips and then weld the new ones ?

Hi

The BMW dealers here in Ireland are having problems with the part numbers supplied by Carbonman for the 4.8i exhaust tips, that is they do not exist. I know one or two other members on X5world have encountered the same issue. Any help to overcome this would be greatly appreciated.
