Paul, I sent mine in and they said everything was in order. This is the first I've heard of it.

Paul, I just looked at the form they emailed me. It said X5 all models. It also did not have the 3 series diesel excluded either...

Really? I looked at the webpage and it also said the X5 and 335d were excluded...Hmmmm, maybe I should still send in the form since it does not seem completely clear?

The form BMWCCA emailed had no exclusions. I called them and they said everything was in order and was sent to BMWNA.

Haven't heard anything from BMWNA yet. I would go ahead and send it in...
