Today i`ve mounted the rear Sebring exhaust. The sound is pretty cool, but yet isn`t what i want. The new exhaust is louder in high revs, it has a metallic sound. I want to have a deep note at lower revs. Friday i will remove the center exhausts to have the sound that i want. Today after i removed the rear exhaust, i`ve started the car. Dear god what a sound :wow::wow:. Anyway, friday i will post a movie with the sound with the center removed

Car looks great! We're like twins almost. I've pretty much blacked out everything on my E70 4.8 too. Outside of the running boards, there is no more chrome left on the car. I had every piece of chrome, signal, light fixture, roundel and reflector either tinted or painted high gloss black.

Your truck looks nice and mean. Have you considered wheel spacers? You should. It would provide an even more aggressive stance.

Here's a shot of mine (note the stock 4.8 next to it, for comparison):

You should also remove the roof-rails if it`s not a must, paint the front grills that are under the kidney grill. Let me attach a photo to see what i`m talking about.:D

That's so funny that you did this too. Member poleposition and I are having these mesh grills painted black as well. Looks like great minds think alike.

TEFF - Here's my review on my lights, based on the PM you sent me. This mentions ALL the lighting mods I did to my car.

http://www.xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-foru...ting-mods.html

The GP Thunders are ok. Since I upgraded my headlights and fogs to 6000K, the GP Thunders don't look as "white". However, when they are on as just as the daytime running lights and no other lights are on, they look great. The White halo's give a nice contrast to the all black front. I also use the GP Thunders on my M5 and get compliments on them on that car too. for $15, you can't beat it. The other alternative is HID or LED's, which will run you around $200, as opposed to $15 for the GP's.

As for tinting the tails, I had them professionally sprayed by my body shop guy. He takes the lights out and does this whole big process to make it perfect. He does all the work on my cars, including my M5 and I strongly suggest taking your car to someone similar. With all the bumps and curves in the light, I wouldn't attempt it yourself, especially since the X5 rear lights are 2 pieces.
