You have to take the wheels off to install the wheel fender arches?

You don't have to take the wheels off if you use the rivet gun that I mentioned about earlier. Some other rivet guns however would not fit between the fender and wheel, and thus would require you to take the wheels off.

I took my wheels off.. but I also installed mud flaps.. also noticed the front rivets (which are longer) snapped off in a strange place and needed to be trimmed for some reason.. rears were fine...
