haha... yea we pushed HARD! At the time of purchase, BMW where offering an initial £3000 discount (which ended at the end of september, it stands at £2000 currently), add to that a £2000 scrappage bonus, and a further £3000 off after some blood, sweat and tears and you have yourself a DEAL! It would be really interesting to see what happens to the prices with the arrival of Hybrids and new styling in 2010, really do hope it wont have too drastic an effect on the re-sale value of my soon to be x5!

$110,000 sounds outragous, but i guess you guys get to make the most of the panaramic sunroof over there!

Ordered my X5 35d August 25th and picked it up on Friday October 30th. It was exactly as ordered! Love it so far.

Ordered end of Aug., took delivery 10/29, as ordered.

Yep, delivered exactly as ordered. But I had a small list of options compared to most. The price was better than I expected. I just hope I'm not drooling about trading up to a more exciting model with tons of option packages in a couple of years! :rolleyes:

2010 35d. Mine just came in. They installed the factory DVD option when I wanted the RES Invision system. Was not happy at first, but they made up for it BIG TIME! They swapped out my stock 19's for 20" 214's!!! They only charged me ~ $600 for the swap.

Now that I have the factory DVD system, I must admit, it is pretty damn nice!

Mine came in as ordered. I was worried because RARELY did the website ever show all my options accurately. But I knew my order was accurate on the order form and once in awhile it did show them all.

Just picked my 2010 X5 35D yesterday in Spartansburg. Everything exactly as ordered. You should see the factory that makes our X5s. It looks like a scene from the Terminator with all the robots working together! They make X5's, X6s, and X5Ms all on the same line at the same time! I have seen an "aniversary edition" on the belt and an ActiveHybrid X6. Its is mind blowing how they manage the complexity of keeping track of all the orders and features!
