^ The cornering lights are just another driver aid. I agree, what is not to like about them.
For those who got by in the last 30 years without them why don't you also lose abs, dsc etc etc, I'm pretty sure you got by without those too. |
If you live in the country where roads are unlit its an excellent feature. It not only lets you see into the turn sooner but also illuminates and pedestrians or animals standing on the kerb.
They are not fog-lights they just happen to be located in the same reflector. Don't you guys ever read you manuals ? |

I know the feeling, I've been told 3 times now that one of my lights are burnt out. This feature is similar to Dodge's DTR's going out when the turn signal goes on, I understand why it's there, but it can be annoying hearing that your lights are out all the time. Mine wasn't doing it during the day though, it was at night when the lights were in the auto position. At dusk I just leave the park lights on, with the fogs on to do whatever illumination.
