I got $500 over invoice for loaded 35d with one set summer or winter mats included. $4500 eco credit comes off this price (so really $4k under invoice). Seems like $500 over is the goal but mainly depends on local competition. Realistically anything under +$1500 is decent on a car of this price.

As a reminder to anyone who is a BMWCCA member for over a year. You'll get an extra $1000 from BMW after purchase independent of purchase price.

There's also the tax rebate on diesels which I still haven't figured out is $0, $900 or $1800 for the 2011 35d. Anyone got anything definitive?
