We just bought an iPad car holder this week at Fry's Electronics (about $40). Of course it does not say BMW, but it is virtually identical.

Our 5 year old only wanted to drive in the Range Rover, because it has rear DVD screens in the headrests (Factory screens). Now, he loves the X5 more because the iPad screen is so much bigger, clearer and he can control what ever show he wants. I am SO happy I do not have the factory BMW DVD screen on the center console. No fussing with loading DVDs, activating them, dealing with the remote control, switchng between DVDs, etc... This iPad setup is great!!!
