The OP never received an answer, nor I to this issue, so I thought I would bring it back up. Can the volume on base audio system be increase by some setting adjustment via computer? Cranking the volume to max not even loud enough compared to our 2009.

I went from a 2010 to a 2011 and I have the same issue. Max volume is weeak on both.
