I had a buy back...

I did not have to sign any disclosures. The agent for BMW put stickers on the door lock that were yellow to keep people out other than reps for BMW.

Even if the vehicle is a buyer assist, it will show in the vehicle history. If you order a vehicle warranty inquiry, it will be there.

The car is done, 800 # says "the vehicle is being transported to the port of exit.."

What are P/Q brake pads? Just went to the BMW website, built an X5 online...and under packages and options, I could see nothing that said P/Q brake pads.

You are on your own if you want to put on dustless pads, it isn't through the dealer. I did it myself on my 535i, at about 1000 km. Life is too short to clean wheels every week, especially the M wheels.

Dealers aren't allowed to sell non-original parts by the terms of their dealer agreements.
