Lexus IS - Features & Pricing - Interior check the gallery

Jeep - I'm stealing your image for the purposes of this post... http://www.xoutpost.com/attachments/...-interior1.jpg ... just no comparison. I know some of the features can be found in idrive but for $40k, it is looking a lot like lower end makes. Have you seen the Z3/Z4s before they re-did them? Perhaps the X3 too? I'm glad they bumped those up now. It's time for the 3ers...

I guess if you did put a big block in a Willys-Overland, you would need wheelie bars though.

That's the one! A '40 coupe. I still have a Willys Coupe slot car that could do wheelies all around the track....

Then you need a race version, and not a street version (big block and straight front axle notwithstanding). Here is Chilly Willy, a crowd favourite:

Hell yes.

I'd paint it silver, airbrush some rivets and add one small WWII bomber girl "nose artwork" on each side.

Indeed sir. If I owned one, it would get the B-17 treatment.

edit: Chuckled at the Chilly Willy... aptly named for the latitude where it resides. :D

Hey hey, my E93 doesn't deserve that kind of low blows  Frankly the Lexus interior looks nice but just like any other Japanese car and I have an 04 Honda Accord with navigation and it looks just as nice. I did like the more driver oriented layouts of the E36 and even E46 but except for the cupholders I do like the E93 interior. I don't know if it is sacrilegious to say but I like the new iDrive better than a touch screen. Keeps you focused on the road while still allowing you to make an input on the navigation. Not to mention the Lexus cannot come close in terms of driving feel. :nanana:

NO BMW dealer in MO, WY, ND?? There are about FIVE dealerships in a 12-15 mile radius where I live!!! :wow:

I saw a new, white Explorer at the Eurowerks BMW meet on May 7 (Florida). And guess which vehicle I thought was the sexiest!? LOL

Pretty happy with the current stable but I am going to sell the M3 soon. Might buy a Factory Five Cobra for the weekends...

blondboinsd 05-16-2011 11:32 PM

I would take a 550i...
