Officially problem free!!!
 
Finally picked up my xdrive35i sport pack. Seat fixed, tailgate fixed, and door fixed. I also ordered a carbon black X5m for my son. 

That my wife's car… I have a Maserati GranTurismo S F1 ( weekend) and a Mercedes Benz E550 coupe for everyday.
