Gotcha. Thanks for the reply. I'm in a similar boat but at 44k miles. Warranty ends 8/15/11. Nice to know our trucks are worth *something* :thumbup:

Yesterday, I got another call from the sales rep that performed an "evaluation" on the X5. He wants us to check out the inventory to see if we are interrested in trading the X5 in.

Wife and I love the room that the E70 has. I asked if there was by chance a Diesel X70 with all the options we have. "Nope". The F35 is still in the exaluation stage and space is not that much. We need to haul dogs and such.

Our main convern for trading it is is to have a certified Pre-Owned 100K warranty on the next vehicle we get.

I guess we'll take our chances on the repairs..
