buzzing noise and hesitation from engine
 

hello all,

I have a buzzing noise coming from the engine when the car is at idle like on a stop light and also you can feel the steering wheel that vibrates a little, probably because of the engine noise, when I start driving noise is gone also when I'm driving if I let go the gas pedal for a little and if I press the gas again hard you get a feeling like if the car was not getting enough gas and take a few seconds and then you can feel and see the rpms jump normally, maybe someone having something similar/?

Please give a little more information on your vehicle such as year, mileage, engine, etc.

Just a guess but maybe you have a vacuum leak? Try to locate the buzzing with the engine running. If the location of the noise isn't obvious, try using a tube on your ear like a paper towel roll. If you can locate the buzzing, that may be the source of a leak. Vacuum leaks can make your idle rough and cause fuel mixture problems. If you're handy and have some basic tools, you may try to pull the spark plugs and look for anything unusual, including the insulator tip color.

thanks Bluetec I'll try to do that, yeah the vibration its more noticible at idle, when the car is parked its fine but also if I go on the back I can hear my exhaust noisy like if the noise was coming from front to the exhaust, I don't know if that makes sense, also sometimes when I start the car and put it on gear fast, it shakes a little bit, so I was thinking something to do with the spark plugs as you mentioned..
