buzzing noise and hesitation from engine

hello all,

I have a buzzing noise coming from the engine when the car is at idle like on a stop light and also you can feel the steering wheel that vibrates a little, probably because of the engine noise, when I start driving noise is gone also when I'm driving if I let go the gas pedal for a little and if I press the gas again hard you get a feeling like if the car was not getting enough gas and take a few seconds and then you can feel and see the rpms jump normally, maybe someone having something similar/?
