I'm sure that would have worked out well for you. Like they'd document their suspicion in the BMW repair order.

Really then why couldnt they see it at all :dunno: It had been in for warranty work before and I had it removed before hand and they never noticed. I just got lazy and left it in this time knowing they couldnt see it. I just didnt know they would take it for a test drive and beat on it, under normal driving you cant tell the difference.

Something with the cats or DPF I have the work order but I havent read it I know they replaced the DPF and possibly the cats.

In Canada they can deny your warranty claim if you have any mods at all...and I just got caught with a tune in my truck. I wasnt arguing or addmitting to anything. I played dumb and acted concerned and thankful.
