X5d shopping - does this one have premium package?

I am x5d shopping and came across this.

2009 BMW X5 Xdrive35d Sport Utility| Victory Auto Group Petaluma |193902

Can anyone tell me if this has the premium package? Any other notable options that are visible and/or missing would be appreciated.

I have read a bit about the diesel here and reliability is not that perfect. I take that with a grain of salt as the forum focus on issues many times. I have owned 5 other out of warranty BMWs so I know what I am getting into. We like the idea of diesel to tow our boat.

thanks

BMW VIN DECODER is a website which will give you the entire rundown on that vehicle. Simply type in the last seven characters/digits

everyone is very hopped up on the diesel for towing capabilities, but you can get a cobb tuner (for pre 2012 N55) and a jb4 to get a little more out of a gas N55.
im stage 2 cobb and i was neck and neck with my buddies JBd'd 35D.

It is not all for towing. I have owned 40 different cars, many turbos, and I have always wanted to own a diesel. I love the N55 in the E90.

There are more things to it,but let's not begin this discussion again. I hope you realize that the piggyback tuning, especially on a diesel,is a huge nothing.Mostly it gives you a bit more fuel and bit more boost resulting in a good punch at low RPM.But the main downside is that the US diesel pulls strong to ~3200 RPM and then it gets progressively weak. With the flash tune we are developing, currently my X5 pulls strong all the way to 4800 RPM,without increase in boost after 3400 RPM.As a matter of fact we cannot reach even the factory boost treshold @3500-4800 RPM,but it pulls strong all the way to the redline on all gears.
But the diesel here in the US is so inefficient because of all the emission stuff. But once some eco features removed i am pretty sure it will gain 3-5 mpg and easily 350whp/500wtq on all stock parts without even been close to the limit.Expect some real world results soon ;)

I'm very interested in this flash tune.

I didn't really read the FS ad in too much depth, but does the particular X you are looking at have some kind of warranty? May run into the typical first year of production issues with the diesel (09)...

Warranty would be some form of short power train or possible emissions but not much else. What is best to search to find first year issues with diesel? I assume this is only the first year for US diesel was it previously available in Europe with a different emissions package.
