I know it's concealed but if it comes close to the length/wheelbase that shows there it will be just another label SUV looking thing and I would not look to upgrade from current body style. Just damn ugly to me!!

I think the E70 is the best looking SUV on the road today (as does my car-obsessed daughter) and I am hopeful that the F15 will continue that tradition.

Also excited to update the technology to the new (3-series, 6-series) capabilities (HUD, iDrive screen, start/stop technology, lighter weight(?))

You are welcome. The front kidney grills are wider, but not as tall as shown in pics as their is camo. It will still hold the best looking title, per some inside sources. ;)

X5 will have headlights to kidney grill integration as below. Another new BMW design signature.

Thanks for posting... Honestly, I dont like shape & size of the side mirrors - too small to my liking. I really like the size/shape of those on E70 - it even allows me to install those small round concave blind spot disks.

More...Its camo'ed with Styrofoam under the camo to make it difficult to judge body lines, but you can still see some lines, e.g. shoulder line. ;) This test mule is missing the goose neck hitch.

Not so good CGI by TopSpeed as they photochopped a E70. Original E70 pic the photoshop is based on is below.
  • The hofmeister kink does not exist on F15. It will be X3 like kink
  • Hood angle is sharper like the spyshots in my post above. This is a E70 hood.
  • The kidney grills are wider and sharper where they meet the headlights. The shape of grill itself is old school, it will be sculpted look, not straight slats.
  • Bumper and fog lights are off the mark.
  • Shoulder line and wheel arch lines are off.
  • Rear view side mirrors are missing indicator lights
  • Roof line is wrong

Looks like all kinds of body roll. Not sure how fast it was going on that corner but me thinks I will need adaptive drive on my next one! ;)

There will most definitely be a Hofmeister kink. You can already see its presence through the camouflage.
