It's in the eye of the beholder... I actually like the looks of the rear lights (or the part we can see, at least). I am intrigued by the air breather behind the front wheels. I hope it will not be implemented in an ugly and cheap-looking way like say in the Infinity FX.

So from these latest shots it looks like maybe they've done away with the round exhaust tips as I'm asuming we're seeing a 6 cyl and 8 cyl version here....or maybe M sport and non-M sport as one set of tips is clearly larger than the others...I've never been a fan of the round tips so I'd be happy to see those go away without having to order the M sport package with a diesel or 6 cyl - mostly because i think the current LCI with areo kit is the best looking combo...

oh - not sure I like that at all. Does anyone see a facelifted e46 sedan in the front profile?

I like it more and more as the camo is removed. I'm relieved that it appears to have more of a kink than a swoop on the rear side windows, although I have to admit that the X3 has grown on me. I wonder if it will be the same wheelbase as the F10, or longer? In any case the extra wheelbase and overall length should help with the rear legroom and cargo room, both of which the E70 needs more of. I know some will bemoan it getting bigger, but I agree with others that the X3 is now the "mid-size" SUV and the X5 needs to be a "big" SUV, even if it's not quite as big as a Yukon/Tahoe/Escalade, MB GL, etc. If they can improve on the interior space while reducing the mass, a'la the Cayenne, Touareg, Range Rover, etc., then they'll have a hit.
