UPDATE: I just got off the phone with the event coordinator at the venue. The owner has given us the OKAY with the event. I'm going over there in a little while to find out the details. The only catch so far is that the exact location that I wanted, the place where we had WFIII is not available. They have a brand new area what they want us to use.

I have not pinned down the date but I hope to do that today. That's the latest and greatest.

UPDATE:

I have a date and as of right now it is Saturday, October 28, 2006. There are a couple of things that need to be cleared before that is totally confirmed. I have that date booked at the venue though. Crevier BMW is on board but I am in the process of lining up some other sponsorship through our vendors here on xoutpost.com. I am looking for some additional financial backing to cover some costs that are outside of Crevier's already generous budget. So if any of you vendors want to help out with the cause, e-mail or PM me.

So far I have received positive responses from a couple of our vendors here. We still need to work out the dollars and cents, as well as sense, of it though. I am shooting to have those things wrapped up early next week and then I can finally announce the major details and you can all start planning to attend.
