Great news Kevin. Since I'm sure Joe is reading this, THANK YOU JOE, oops, I mean Thank's Man

Can Drex and I crash at your place?

Just kidding, I couldn't resist

Glad Joe & you got together. I did talk to Art & Teresa (parts people @ Crevier) about WestFest and they are all excited about it. Joe is the best!!

Maybe the the automatic tranny will help fund the WF! LOL

Yeah, I'm glad "someone" took the bull by the horns

 Dude, SG, give me break.:wtf: I talked to Kevin the other day and told him he should get a call from Joe. I talked to Art and left messages on Joe's VM and even told Teresa last Saturday. Also, I do work and you probably have twice as much time as I do plus you are also just a chummy with Crevier as I am. Instead of spending time leaving voicemails on my cellphone, you could have called up Joe yourself. Anyhow, I am glad Joe is coming through. It is not like you had an automatic transmission die on you and yet still work a 80 hr-week.

Now you should plan a mini-meet in Chandler so everyone can checkout your special leather sofa!;)

A little testy today Doc? Did you have to inspect a smelly bunghole right before you wrote this? Hey, I offered, but you were given the task :) . I'm just glad "The Man" is on board :D

I don't feel the love on the LeftSide, like we have
on the Right Coast.

:dancing: Good teamwork, Kev and Chas! :dancing:

Although, late August through October scares me. I'm just praying it's not September 16-17, October 7-8, or October 21-22! That would be baaaad! November sounds perfect. (I know you have no control over the dates, but I had to throw it in.)

you didn't know?

westfest meets have always been:

...outdoors...
... in a sunny park...
.... on a lazy afternoon...
... so we can party WWE wrestling style...

this is just the smack talk that leads up to the main event.

in my monster truck announcer voice "SUNDAY! SUNDAY! SUNDAY! THE MAAAAAAAIIIIIIINNNN EEEEEVENT! SUUUPAH GREG verus DOCTOOOOOOR KEWL!"

i'm going as nacho libre this year!

motordavid 06-29-2006 09:27 PM

I like that WWE theme...

If me&theCEO get out there, I'm coming as Dick the Bruiser.
He was my Fave back in the late '50s, early '60s.

Otoh,
Ol'Dick, who used to climb in the ring, grab the MC's mike and proclaim
that he had been training on cases of beer and cigars, in a JD gruff voice,
looks a little like SuperGreg with 50 lbs of steroid bulk and a few more hard years.

Dick could kick some azz, though.

Hope this Meet fits in the ol'Retiree's schedule: I suspect it would be a hoot,
or as much of a hoot as those laid back LeftCoasters can do.
