HELP: SES light - Codes 19 and 12

Ok Guys, need some help here.

A few days ago my SES light came on. I used the Peake Tool and codes 19 and 12 popped up. Can someone tells me what they mean. I'm not sure what table to go by in the manual.

19 is the Table
12 is the code (Exhaust CPS)

Thanks for the welcome. I just got mine a few days ago and still learning a great deal about it. This site has been tremendous help and hopefully I may be able to contribute a little back.
