I am experiencing trouble also. their phone voice mail box is full and no one responds to emails. I am getting concerned. Did you ever get what you ordered?

Not the best experience

I dealt with them when I ordered my bluetooth for my 02 X5. It took about a week to get ahold of them and also once my order shipped I was sent an old bluetooth module. Parag told me "It's just as good as the latest one" but I don't agree. The bluetooth in my X5 sounds more faint than the bluetooth in my M3...and connectivity seems a little more distant. The support and ordering process seemed like it was conducted from a garage. He is one of the only ones out there for bluetooth retrofits but if your looking for the TV module you will find a cheaper tv modules out there than AA for around $500 less.

Advanced Autovations

I had the same problem with these guys. I ordered a windows module for my convertible on 24OCT05 and I am waiting for my stuff. I will never ever order anything thru those guys.

I am so glad I didn't purchase my second BT kit from these guys. The first time around there were some communication issues with them that cost me an additional $100 with customs and duties for my 530. I just took delivery of a X5 and considered ordering from them again. I'm glad I bought the kit of a felllow board member and saved almost $400 CDN in the end!
