chefwong is on a distinguished road
Vehicle has been baked from the factory so waxing right away is not a issue.

Wax is subjective but I suggest a light clay of the car, and then a mild polish if there are any swirl marks. While I love the look of traditional *nuba waxes , it's not something that I would use for a daily driver. Mine is outdoors 24/7 daily driver - so Zaino is what I use. It lasts + lasts + last easily for 6 months if not more. Depth is a not as nice as caranuba , it's very reflective BUT the stuff does last as advertised .

Now if the car was garaged and used only on the weekends, I would use a nice caranuba like Meguiars #16 or Souveran.

Determine what your *protective needs are* and then wax away
