Front end protection
I've only got a couple of knicks on my front end at this point and was thinking about getting a deflector, bra or invisible mask before I get too many more. Reading on the Invisible Mask site, it claims that the mask won't fade, yellow and is removable. I'm curious to know others' actually experience with this product and, if anyone has removed one after a couple of seasons, whether there were any obvious differences between the area that was protected and that which was not (color fading, scratches, etc.) Thanks. |

Deflectors are for F150 and Tahoes and create unwelcomed wind noise.
Bras should come with espadrilles and a members only jacket. I hated the one I had in the 80's and they have gotten no better. Don't get caught in the rain with one as they are a real PITA to take off, then wear are you gonna put that soaking wet mess. If you elect to leave it on, then rain and grit get underneath it... you continue driving along as the wind moves this abrasive rag against the hood of your car. Or... you can buy a high quality ClearBra that wont yellow, fade and is removable. And the area that was covered does show an obvious difference... it looks new ;-)

One question with a clear film .. over time wouldn't you get a difference between the protected paint and unprotected area on the hood , so when you took the film off you could see a difference in sunlight ?
