Seat Product Recommendations Please

Hey guys, hit a deer with my e53 4.8 and picked up an e70 3.0si a few weeks ago. I'm enjoying the smoother ride and missing the extra giddyup.

More than anything, though, the seats aren't the most comfortable. The shape and fit is good, but the material (LEDER NEVADAF1 TABAK (LUF1)) is very harsh. They call it leather, but it feels more like a textured vinyl.

Any tips on softening this up, making it a bit more luxurious? Or am I stuck?
