repair rear sun blind

guys.....
my baby brock the rear sun blind yesterday looked into the OEM parts catalog and its costs around $240 DAAAM!! any idea how to fix that i tried the most powerful glow but again it was broken... any idea how to fix that? only the upper frame is broken from one side and its really doesnt worth it to pay $240 just to repaid that!!

See if you can access some .016 stainless steel flat stock and cut a piece that is longer than the section that was broken. Cut and file out the hole to match what is not broken on the other side. Then, use 3M structural epoxy and attach the piece to the plastic upper frame. It should still be thin enough that it will go back inside the door when retracted. Wish you were closer, I could make one of these in 1/2 hour for you.

Otherwise try to pick up a used one or off a wrecked car. They are incredibly overpriced that's for sure!

woooooooooow i just realized that almost one year passed and i didnt even try the suggestion above
now i need to buy one, and have been searching for a while on the net to find a cheap one with no luck so do anyone have an idea where can i find it also i have cracked left and bottom grid which needs replacement ... would any one help me to find chaep reaplacement for them ?

i have been looking on eBay for more than a month to find a used onebut no luck!! do anyone have an idea how to get a used blind?
