Will this offset combo work on the e53?

I have a set of non-staggered 21" Style 128's on my wife's e38 right now. we are looking to sell the car and might keep the rims if they will fit the e53 body we are interested in.

here are the specs... and yes, i've searched, but specific offset info wasnt available.

21x9 et22 on all 4 corners. 72.56 hub bore (standard e38 bore)
I know it may or may not have been done, but how much can i afford to extend the rim with the offset without sticking out too far?

THanks in advance
