No, I don't think so but you can put a pair of these H&R wheel spacers on the rear wheels (if your X5 can handle them).
I'm returning an unused set to ECS as I sold my 18" wheels. |

A 285/50-18 shoud make an okay replacement, is approved down to a 8" wide rim so it should fit your stockers no problem, and is only .2" larger in diameter than stock. Do I know anyone who's done it though? No. But in theory it should work.
