First, I would go look at my tires, carefully; 'choppy'? WTF is that? A technical 'diagnosis' by someone that wants to sell tires at ~$400 a tire?
Doesn't mean the tires aren't gonzo, but I would look closely, and do a simple tread depth measurement. As for 'cheaper', copy & paste that tire brand into GOOG and see what happens, though TR, Discount Tire, et al, tend to have the best pricing, imo. GL, mD
