Are there directions with this that show how to put the i-Pod where it is in your picture? I have spoken to a million installers here, and they ALL say it has to go in front of the vents, which just seems crazy to me. Also, any electronics installer should be able to put this in, correct? If so, where do I sign?

It's because the kits differ from here in the states and overseas. The US kits interface from the CD Changer connections in the boot area while the UK kits use the R40 quadlock connector at the radio itself.

With our kit, there is 15-feet of cabling so the iPod can be placed anywhere in the vehicle.

Email me directly with your shipping address and I'll provide a quote for shipping as well via USPS, as FedEx can be quite expensive.

Hmm...this is what scares me..I have a US Spec X, with just the basic Professional CD player..I tell the installers here this, to see if it will make a difference, but they dont have a clue..I would like it to be on the side, like in the pics, but they just dont get it...
