We have the opportunity to bring in LED tail lights for E53 X5. These will be similar to the LED tails we offer for the E46 Coupe and Sedans with built in resistors and plug and play installation. Here is a picture, we would like to get an interested list going and start preorders.

We are ready to bring in samples and are gauging interest at the moment. Feel free to put your name down on the list, once we have the samples we will post some installed pictures with full product information.
Nick looks like you are selling the E46 LED tail light assemblies for $275/pair, will the cost be the same for the E53 application? By any chance do you have a video of the E46 LED's in action? I am definitely interested.

Never mind Nick I looked up some videos on YouTube of the E36 and E46 retrofits and the LEDs look awesome...please provide pricing and more info, if the pricing is arond $275/pair I am definitely in. I can't wait to get them for the sole reason that it seems the E53 tail light bulbs burn out more quickly than other bulbs and they are a PAIN to change...LEDs should solve that problem!

Can we have the Celis LEDs horizontal strips, which started with E39 and are now standard on all BMWs?

sorry, unless you make one for the E70, which already has it, I can't put my name down.

LM, how do you go about putting horizontal lines on a skinny narrow light? It simply won't work.

Thanks for the responses so far. Lets get a new list going on in this thread, we'll bring in a few samples and go from there

You have to put on both taillights not just the corner one. Check the X3 pic below.
