what would you choose Audi tt mk2 or bmw z4 coupe or the new bmw coupe

Hi guys im planning to nget a new car ... can you guys help me choose im looking at the new audi tt mk2...but having seconds thoughts about it bec. deep inside i know nothing beats the ulitimate driving machine

Z4 coupe is hot. + BMW gives dealers $2000 on Z4's until august 31st !

I remember when I got 10k off on my Z4 *grin* its wonderful when cars don't sell lol, The New TT should be out soon, check it out, I'm not an Audi fan at all unless its the A6 or A8 *drools* but hey its a new car, check it out, the z4 as I have said before is so/so, rough riding and non-luxury, if your used to X5pampering like I was you might not be happy, have you tried the SLK350?

Try the Porsche Boxster (yes, I'm biased!)

As much as I love my new X3 and am a fan of BMWs in general, I really feel that the Boxster is a cut above the Z4 and the TT.

The boxster is nice, but I don't know if its worth the extra $$. You have to pay for everything under the sun. In that respect the Z4 is a steal...

Plus I think the 987 is a big let down in terms of interior. (Call me crazy but I've always thought the 986/996 interior is nicer then the new gen interiors)...

True, when optioned up comparitively, the Z comes in about 4K under the Boxster (mine listed at about $51K with lots of options).

However, you have the mid-mounted flat 6 in the Boxster, and there truly is no substitute for the kind of handling that a mid-mounted motor can offer.

I won't call you crazy, but I will say that 99% of the population like the new interiors of the 987/997 better than the old ones . Also, I have never grown to like the looks of the Z4, while the beauty of the Boxster is, arguably, timeless Porsche. But hey, thats why we have choices!

The Porsche is overpriced and the Z4 has more ponies too last time I checked, no auto dimming mirrors? No auto headlamps? No Power Seats? ba! I'd take the SLK350 any day!

Wow, I'm not used to hearing true sports cars compared based on autodimming mirrors, auto headlamps, and power seats. But, since you've mentioned it, the auto headlights were standard on my Porsche, and the dimming mirror and the power seats were options, just like on the Z4

The Z4 3.0si has 15 more horsepower than the Boxster, but the Z weighs 3,086 lbs while the Boxster weighs 2,855.

I'm not even going to touch the SLK350......talk about OVERPRICED.

Are you kidding me? The SLK350 decently equipped will run in the mid-50's, faster and with a hard top, no comparison at all
