Carbon paddles
I contacted Valence USA about making some slightly larger carbon paddles. I like the subtly of the current paddle but find them just a little too small. I would like to have them come out just a couple of millimeters more. Then an inch longer at the top and bottom. The current paddles are so short that they get lost while turning. Mostly 1st to 2nd gear when pulling out into traffic. I was thinking of having them sprayed with a matte finish to match the carbon fiber trim in my truck.
Anyone else interested? No idea on cost yet. Attached it a picture of the E46 aftermarket paddles. I like the size but would prefer not having the opening and a more rounded look. |

Those look great, I'd definitely be interested.
I actually find it awkward that the paddles move with the steering wheel, I much prefer them in a fixed position. _Tom

I will let you know what I find out. IMO Marc PS. Got all of the bolts and spacers in. Will put them on this weekend. Also, headed back to Chicago karting. Wifey and daughter are out of town. |

I would be interested, and it would be amazing if they could find a way to light them using one of the many LED products on the market..a battery pack/switch could easily be mounted on the underside of the steering column and I wouldn't mind turning them on/off. I think if they found a way to do that they could sell a ton of these!
