I purchased US spec LED headlights and control modules. And since my truck is 2012 it has the correct washers and footwell module J.

So the only thing I couldn't get from US dealers was the harness that comes in the retrofit kit.

So, I found the part number and had a fellow forum "friend" in the Germany supply the cable. I didn't "trust" the part would ever show so I also ordered it from another source....both sources came through.

So, I have the extra harness.

If anyone wants a copy of the retrofit instructions - PM me with your email addy.

Would one harness work for both left and right or do you have a pair?

The retrofit kit is not EU only - and it is setup from BMW for LHD.

BMW informs me availability should change now that the lights are spec on US delivery X6 and X5 Ms

RHD led retro fit
Hi guys would like to join this thread any info would be great as it stands my
2011 x6 I purchased RHD led headlights + modules etc from my dealer plus any other bits from the retro kit we thought we might need while installing the technician said the wiring loom was incorrect for my car would this be the case if
the parts man ordered the loom as per instructions giving its for a LHD setup?

The cars still with the dealer.
