Ah, it's looking more and more like a dumbed down station wagon,
er, "touring", on Prozac, imo. Those are hopefully parts bin wheels
they just slapped on, tucked into those odd shaped wheel wells.

The CEO keeps bringing up the "X1", to replace her 6 yr old CR-V;
I say, "Sure Honey, by the time it comes out, gets debugged, and
is ready, the Mkt will be back..."

And, the rear has to hold 3-4 sets of sticks, width & depth-wise...
it is the only new BMW even on our long range radar.
Thanks for the pics, as always, LM/S!

Maybe because its based on 3-series wagon/touring. Its not coming to US initially, but I am sure eventually it will be here.....just the way they did with 1-series. Press release coming in June.

Thanks for the pic!

That X1 looks pretty good but I think the kidney grille looks a little weird... Maybe out of proportion for a small car/SAV?

Pretty cool and, "better" looking...those big snowflake wheels fill
the wheel wells. The CEO wants one, to replace "her" CR-V.
Maybe the Mkt will be back closer to what it was, when they
get it out.
Thanks for the pics, LM!

In the last picture, if that's tire smoke, it's moving along pretty fast!

And, that BMW next to it, with the piping rails and platform attached, must
be a vid/photog car shooting a promo or scene.
