It's just strange to not have any "sound" from the Weapon R. Granted it was only a short trip around the block but I had the window open to listen and nothing. I got to about 5k rpms in manual mode before I shifted.
I'll give it a go tomorrow (Sat.) and see if it sounds any different. Got the ebay one from "proexhaust." http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-E...QQcmdZViewItem As with this one and the Weapon R you'll need a 3.5" to 3.0" reducer for these to "fit." I just happened to have one from an old K&N intake. You can find the reducers on eBay as well.
