Risk what?

Driving thru LA?
Being pulled out of the X3?
Getting kicked in the kidneys?
Or Having the car crashed into the corner of a doughnut shop?

All you seem to be concerned about is weather you should get another X3.
Seems to me your priorities are screwed up which leads me to believe your story is not factual. But ok, tells us where in LA? What hospital? What doughtnut shop? On what street? If you don't then what's being said in the thread about you is true.

Anyway, they took the car and crashed it into the corner of a donut shop so now I'll have to report it to my insurance co. on Monday.

Should I get another X3 and risk that happening again?

Thanks.

It happened near the Yum Yum donut shop on Highland at Santa Monica.
I didn't go to a hospital
Paramedica took a look at me at the scene and determined that I was mostly just really shaken up.
I first came to this forum to honestly find out if the X3 I bought is a chick car but then this happened.

I'm not sure if I should get another one with the insurance money because the same thing might happen again.

Those guys and others like them are out there and might think I should be beat up because of the car I'm driving.
They got blood on my new polo sweater and scuffed my loafers up pretty bad.

I think when they see a guy like me with a nice watch and I'm driving in a car that might be considered on the feminine side they think they can take me - and they did.

I just think I need a tougher car.
My last car was a 2004 325i and this never happened.

By the way, I DIDN'T take a new name "Blackvue" - why would I do that,
So I can talk to myself?

Anyway, if anything like this has happened to anyone let me know - and do you think I should get another X3?

Thanks!

ok just get the M5 or a 760iL if that will put and end to your problems of looking a bit feminine because of the car you drive.

Why don't we boycott this dude's next asinine thread: zero views, zero replies. Just a thought. It's a bit late for this one, obviously.

How about a moderator stepping in? Seems like an easy step to remove Mr. Chic-car's posting ability...

I see he's also got a new name: BlackVue. Nice. Just like those clowns on usenet that you killfile, and they change their name to get around it...
